Refund Policy

At Cartsignal.shop, owned by Liman Business Network Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something goes wrong, we are here to make it right. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories, if applicable).

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at hello@cartsignal.shop with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will be given instructions on how and where to send the product.

Please note that we cannot accept items that are returned without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (bank card, transfer, wallet, etc.).
  • Processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered if preferred.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by our error.
  • The return request was made after the 7-day return window.

Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, beverages, and consumables.
  • Personal care items such as cosmetics, undergarments, and hygiene-related products.
  • Digital goods such as eBooks, gift cards, and downloadable software.
  • Sale or clearance items (these are considered “final sale” and cannot be returned).

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide a photo or video of the defective/damaged product for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or an exchange for an item of equal value.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product sent, defective or damaged item).
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if borne by us) may be deducted from your refund in some cases.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order falls under the return policy.
  • If you cancel after shipping, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
